As the Associate Creative Director at TreSensa, I led the UI/UX redesign of our ad-creation platform. I designed a roadmap of front-end changes, features, and user-flow updates that worked to unify our brand’s look and feel, improve the user-friendliness of our platform, and help customers understand how to create ads faster and more efficiently. In addition to the planning and designing these changes, I also managed their execution.

I started TreSensa’s Help & Tutorials page, where I scripted, filmed and edited a variety of help and tutorial videos for our platform. I worked with clients to identify where they struggled with our platform in order to address any confusions and provide clarity. This initiative also worked to highlight creative ways to use our platform. We saw an increase in clarity and understanding of the tool after this page was implemented!
